INTRODUCTION

At XN TUNING, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered under our 6-month commercial warranty, how to make a warranty claim and what is excluded from coverage.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

 

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

All products purchased from XN TUNING include a 6-month warranty from the date your order is delivered.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the product has been used under normal conditions.

 

2. WHAT IS COVERED

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Material defects.
  • Workmanship defects.
  • Products that fail during normal intended use due to a manufacturing fault.

 

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme heat.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired without our approval.
  • Fitment adjustments that may be required during installation.

Carbon fiber products should always be installed by an experienced professional.

 

4. WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Contact us at info@xntuning.com.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Explain when the problem occurred.

We may request additional information before processing your claim.

 

5. WARRANTY RESOLUTION

After reviewing your claim, XN TUNING may, at its discretion:

  • repair the product;
  • replace the product;
  • offer a partial refund; or
  • issue a full refund where appropriate.

The chosen solution will depend on the nature of the defect.

 

6. LIMITATIONS

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The warranty becomes void if the product has been:

  • modified;
  • improperly installed;
  • used outside its intended purpose; or
  • damaged by external causes.

 

7. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This commercial warranty does not limit or replace your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers within the European Union continue to benefit from all statutory rights provided by law.
